DX Facilities Management

DX Mail FM commenced mailroom and service centre management services in 1990 and since then has developed its Facilities Management division and now manages and operates 17 mailrooms and service centres nationwide for 15 different customers nationwide.

DX Mail FM has extensive experience both in the management of mail and courier services as well as in corporate services.

An FM contract is managed through DX Mail’s Head Office in Auckland and the operational management is controlled by the FM Site Supervisor and/or Team Leader (depending on the size of the site) in collaboration with the Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch FM Manager and the Commercial Manager.

DX Mail FM forms strategic alliances with companies to “mix & match” services in line with the customer’s specific requirements. These strategic alliances allow DX Mail FM to perform a wide range of activities for its customers while maintaining a high degree of expertise in each specialist field. However, DX Mail FM remains autonomous and gains integrity through objectivity.
